("VortexQuartz", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, restaurant services, and any related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VortexQuartz B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number 87234965, located at Lindelaan 251, 4873 HQ Breda, North Brabant, Netherlands.
VortexQuartz provides fast-casual restaurant services, including dine-in, takeaway, catering, and related hospitality services. You may use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Reservations and orders are subject to availability and acceptance by VortexQuartz. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion, particularly in cases of inappropriate behaviour, violation of these terms, or circumstances beyond our control.
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, debit cards, credit cards, and approved digital payment systems. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all prices include applicable VAT where required.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VortexQuartz and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
This includes but is not limited to our restaurant name, logos, menu items, recipes, marketing materials, website content, and any proprietary processes or systems developed by VortexQuartz.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We take food safety seriously and follow all applicable food safety regulations. However, customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform our staff of their requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operations.
In no event shall VortexQuartz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VortexQuartz and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
If you wish to terminate your relationship with us, you may simply discontinue using our services. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by speaking with our management team. For formal disputes, we prefer to use alternative dispute resolution methods before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
